Top 10 is a monthly feature. The topics change, and I may get carried away.

In no particular order…

1. Drink more water. I get around 8-10 glasses a day, but I need to cut back on the caffeine. Hahaha.

2. Be more active. It’s hard, but something I really need to do.

3. Socialize more.

4. Take time for self-care.

5. Make time for family–because I don’t do that enough.

6. Don’t try to fit into a tribe–make my own.

7. Say no.

8. Save my fucks.

9. Make this year rock…because: 50.

10. Do it anyway.

    I love it! Our lists kind of mirror each other. I need to add saving my fucks though. Yep, they need to be for big deal stuff.
